“As an Armenian citizen I regret that March 1, 2008 events happened in my country. As a minister I will do my utmost for such post-election process not to develop in Armenia in future,” newly appointed Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan said at today’s press conference.

Speaking of “political prisoners” notion widely used by press, Tovmasyan stressed there is no such term in jurisprudence. “Political prisoner” is a phrase from political vocabulary, he added.
