In the middle of April the Armenian Parliament will be dissolved, snap elections will be held on May 10, Hamayak Hovhannisyan, president of the Union of Political Scientists of Armenia, said at today’s press conference.
According to him, the Armenian authorities have two ways: to hold regular or snap elections. The first scenario means authorities declare blitzkrieg which supposes freezing of all political forces and immediate formation of a government.
If snap elections take place situation will be out of control. In this case Levon Ter-Petrsoyan will be the first in the opposition list.
However, Ter-Petrsoyan will not take part in regular elections, he will declare that state is not capable of holding elections and will get ready for presidential campaign.
