Although political scientists should not make one-hundred-per-cent forecasts, the Nagorno-Karabakh process is most likely to slow down for the present situation to remain unchanged, Alexander Iskandaryan, Director of the Institute of Caucasus, told journalists January 19.

As regards Armenian-Turkish reconciliation, the expert said that no changes should be expected before parliamentary elections in Turkey.
