“Here”, a film by American director Braden King shot in Armenia, will be screened in the Sundance Film Festival which opens in Utah today. 

The movie will be presented in U.S. Dramatic Competition category on January 21. “Here” tells the story of an American cartographer forming a powerful bond with an Armenian expatriate and art photographer. Their journey takes them across the country, from the Lori region in the north of Armenia to the Iranian border in the south, and finally into Nagorno-Karabakh.

Sundance Film Festival, which is the largest independent film festival in the US, will run January 20-30 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. A total of 115 films from 28 countries will be shown.
