Ad-Hoc Committee on March 1-2, 2008 events could not furnish an answer on whose actions caused 10 people’s death, Samvel Nikoyan, Committee Chairman stated at September 17 sitting.

He laid the blame on the opposition and society, as they refused to provide information to the Committee.

“The case materials were not sufficient to answer this question. The Ad-Hoc Committee prolonged terms of its activities, appealed to protestors and society to get information from them, but unfortunately the assistance was not provided,” Nikoyan defended himself.

Nikoyan drew out the report in a specific way: mentioning the facts of assassination he presented the reports of the former Fact-Finding group of experts, attaching the rebuttals of investigating authorities. “Against society’s expectations, no-one gave the final conclusion and assassinators’ names.”

In the reports of Fact-Finding group one can clearly see the location of four policemen guilty of 3 citizen’s death. As the places of assassinations are also known, it is easy to peace together what exactly happened.
