Turkish atomic energy authority refuted press reports that survey to establish radiation leakage from the Armenian NPP started in Turkey’s borderline regions.
The Cekmece Nuclear Research and Training Center issued a statement saying their survey bears no relations to the Armenian NPP, Haber 10 reported. Similar research is always conducted in Turkey, the statement says.
Igdir governor’s office stated measurements are aimed at drawing up a radon gas risk map.
