The Fridtjof Nansen Foundation of Armenia has awarded a Nansen Medal to Igor Klimmo, Director General of the ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline brand). He was awarded the medal for his public activities and commitment to panhuman values.

The awarding ceremony was held at the ArmenTel office building. Attending the ceremony were Felix Bakhchinyan, President of the Fridtjof Nansen Foundation of Armenia, and Hayarpi Khachatryan, Executive Director of the foundation.

"I would like to point out the ArmenTel Director`s outstanding contribution to the implementation of charity projects in Armenia. Your company`s activities are a striking example of business` participation in the country` social life," Bakhchinyan said.

"This award is a great honor for me. I regard it as recognition of the company`s contribution to the development and prosperity of Armenia, which has become my second homeland," Klimko said.
