In an interview with reporters in Strasburg, Turkish President Abdullah Gul stressed he will appeal to the Chairman of Turkish State Control Chamber on Hrant Dink murder.

The President said he would not allow the Dink trail to come to a deadlock, as it is shameful, NTV reports.

Gul stressed he would appeal to Cemal Boyali to clarify whether Dink’s case could be within their legal competence.

According to him, they cannot hold their heads up after European Court of Human Rights found Turkey guilty of failing to prevent the murder of Editor of the Agos daily Hrant Dink.
