If OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs were discontent with the re-formation of the PACE Subcommittee on Nagorno-Karabakh, they should have voiced their concerns at PACE and hinder the re-establishment of the subcommittee,  former Armenian Foreign Minister Alexander Arzumanyan told a press conference on Friday.

“I feel some kind of pharisaism here,” Arzumanyan said.

Armenian news-NEWS.am reported earlier, on January 28, the subcommittee on Nagorno-Karabakh resumed its activities at the CE Parliamentary Assembly (PACE). Mr Jordi Xuclа i Costa of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (Spain) was elected subcommittee chairman.
