YEREVAN. – If I am not elected as Yerevan Mayor, I will be the first to congratulate the winner, mayoral candidate from Prosperous Armenia Naira Zohrabyan told reporters on Tuesday.
“We will present our program to people. I hope that in 20 years our country will finally hold free and fair elections without the use of any administrative resources,” Zohrabyan noted.
