MP of Republican Party of Armenia faction Gagik Melikyan on July 6, 2009 press conference said that he is confident: those guilty of the March 1-2, 2008 tragic events, taking lives of 10 people (including 2 policemen) will be exposed, NEWS.am reports.

“We all, not only I, are certain they will be exposed,” he stated. Preliminary investigation bodies give him confidence it will happen. “It’s just a matter of time. It might take 2-3 years, but the assassinations will be definitely disclosed,” Melikyan asserts.

About a year and a half has passed since the March 1, 2008 events, however, the preliminary investigation bodies have not revealed the details yet. Although, names of four policemen who used the “Cheryomukha” tear-gas grenade were publicized, they were not charged yet.
