YEREVAN. – Artsakh Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan admits that violations are recorded in the army.
“Are there any areas where no violations are recorded? People make mistakes. We always pay attention to this, inspection is underway,” he told reporters on Friday.
Mnatsakanyan assured that the army reforms continue every hour.
