YEREVAN. – President of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Ara Babloyan, has cast his ballot in Sunday’s snap election for the capital city Yerevan Council of Elders.

Immediately afterward, Babloyan told reporters at the election precinct that he had voted for the development of Yerevan.

“People try to achieve the best result, make an effort during all [election] campaigns, but you should never personalize, insult one another,” the NA speaker added. “Unfortunately, such cases occurred from time to time.”
