YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and leader of Prosperous Armenia party Gagik Tsarukyan have signed a memorandum.
“Prosperous Armenia chairman Gagik Tsarukyan and I have just signed a memorandum on holding snap parliamentary elections in December 2018. The text will be published shortly,” he said.
