The crime rate may increase after an amnesty in Armenia, acting Justice Minister of Armenia Artak Zeynalyan told reporters on Saturday.
“Proceeding from the international experience, the crime rate may increase after an amnesty. It is not excluded that this may also happen in Armenia,” he noted.
