YEREVAN. – At Thursday’s Cabinet session, the Government of Armenia made a decision to propose to the National Assembly (NA) to convene a special session.

Accordingly, the government-recommended parliament sitting will be held on March 13.

The draft on making an amendment to the law on prohibiting the import of right-hand drive vehicles will be put on the agenda of this special session.

It is also noted that the second NA reading of this matter shall be held within 24 hours of its adoption in the first reading.

Later, the government decided to also put on the agenda of this special sitting the bill on making amendments to the law on public service.

This matter refers to the deadlines for submitting a declaration by senior officials.
