Apple users sued the company as the privacy of Siri users was violated when human reviewers listened to customer recordings, Bloomberg reported. 

According to the source, the complaint was directed to the Northern California District Court. The lawsuit is of a group nature, everyone who owns devices with Siri since 2011 can join it. The plaintiffs are demanding compensation from Apple, and to erase the records made during the communication of users with this voice responder.

This is the first lawsuit of its kind in the US, Bloomberg added.
