Robert Kocharyan's supporters assembled outside the National Security Service solitary confinement building today to congratulate Armenia’s incarcerated 2nd President, and 5th Channel TV company owner Armen Tavadyan owner on New Year's.
Kocharyan's unofficial Facebook page posted a photo from the event.
"Mindful people everywhere stand with you, Mr. PRESIDENT," reads the message above this photo.
