YEREVAN. - Vardan Aivazyan, Chairman of the Standing Economic Committee, Parliament of Armenia, member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction, calls absurd the newspaper reports on his having been beaten up.

According to newspaper reports, Aivazyan was assaulted by two Karabakh generals, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Samvel Karapetyan (Oganovsky) and Kamo Aghajanyan.
