YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan appealed to the National Assembly with a proposal to declare an amnesty.
President Sargsyan has appealed to the parliament offering to declare an amnesty on the occasion of 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence, presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
