A rally organized by ARF Dashnaktsutyun against Armenia-Turkey Protocols commenced at 5:10 p.m. in Yerevan.

Thousands of people participate, chanting “No to Turkish Preconditions.” The column is headed by ARFD leaders and several political parties, which signed a joint statement against the Protocols October 6, particularly Heritage Party Chairman Armen Martirosyan and New Times leader Aram Karapetyan and others.

The demonstrators are not shouting any anti-government slogans, NEWS.am correspondent reports. Most of the protesters are regional residents.
