Former chief of staff of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Edgar Ghazaryan has the status of witness after being apprehended yesterday, his lawyer Armen Galstyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am today, adding that his client has already been questioned as a witness.
Yesterday Ghazaryan was apprehended at Republic Square in Yerevan on suspicion of committing an act under Article 219 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (seizing buildings, constructions, means of transport or communication).
