Armenia-Turkey Protocols’ signing ceremony commenced in Zurich with a delay.

US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, the French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner, the Swiss Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey as well as the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, Javier Solana have already arrived at the ceremony in Aula hall of the History Department at the University of Zurich, NEWS.am correspondent in Zurich reports.

According to U.S.Department State official, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's delay is caused by her meeting with RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan.

According to NEWS.am reporter the documents will be signed by Armenian and Turkish Foreign Ministers: Edward Nalbandyan and Ahmet Davuotoglu. Seenty TV Companies will broadcast the ceremony.

The protest action against the Protocols is held near the university. Local Armenian citizens participate in the rally, holding “No to Protocols!” posters.
