YEREVAN. – The court session on the criminal case against former MP Levon Sargsyan and Suren Ghazaryan is taking place Wednesday at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.

Solely Sargsyan is under arrest along the lines of this case.

Levon Sargsyan is accused of ordering the robbery of the house of the former head of the State Customs Committee, Armen Avetisyan, about 12 years ago.

A red notice was issued for Sargsyan in October 2018.

And in November 2019, he was found in Moscow and extradited to Armenia.
