Swedish FM Carl Bildt is hopeful about positive outcomes of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani presidents’ meeting in Kazan, reports Georgia Online.

“We hope that the countries are now making through final stage of the old conflict. Meeting in Kazan is of uttermost importance and we are hopeful about its positive outcomes,” said Bildt at a press conference in Tbilisi, stressing that the conflict has its negative effect not only on Armenia and Azerbaijan but also on the entire region and Europe. 

In the framework of his regional tour, Swedish FM previously visited Yerevan and Baku.
