YEREVAN. – It is time to talk about the fact that the parliamentary system of government has exhausted itself in Armenia. Moreover, at this moment it is an evil for our country. Independent MP Gor Gevorgyan stated this at Friday’s special session of the National Assembly.

According to him, it is necessary to change the system of public administration in Armenia before the start of the snap parliamentary elections in the country. "I believe the most justified at the moment will be the presidential system of government," the independent lawmaker explained.
