A Pakistani court sentenced two men to death for a public outcry rape.

Abid Malhi and Shafqat Ali Bagga attacked a Pakistani French woman with two children stranded on a highway, robbed them, and raped the woman in front of her children.

A special court in the eastern city of Lahore found Abid Malhi and Shafkat Ali guilty of gang rape, kidnapping, robbery, and other crimes.

Their lawyer intends to appeal the verdict of the court.
