YEREVAN.- Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan left on a working visit to Strasbourg on Tuesday to participate in the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
President Sargsyan will deliver a speech supposedly on Wednesday, presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The Armenian leader will hold meetings with President of European Court of Human Rights and senior officials at the Council of Europe.
