Reporter Emily Wilder, who worked for the Associated Press for two weeks, said she was fired for supporting Palestine.

As the reporter herself told the Guardian newspaper, the Associated Press justified the decision to dismiss the fact that during her work she violated the agency's policy on social networks.

Wilder made a statement on social media, where she outlined her version of events. She said she openly advocated for human rights in Palestine while still a student at Stanford University.

According to the journalist, the agency did not explain to her which publications on social networks led to her dismissal.
