King Felipe of Spain was tested positive for COVID-19, the Royal Palace said in a statement.
He will remain in isolation for seven days.
"His Majesty's general state of health is good and he will keep up his institutional activities from his residence," the statement said.
Queen Letizia and their daughter Princess Sophia are said to have no symptoms.
