YEREVAN. – The dialogue between Armenian authorities and oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) is bluffing, said the Chairman of Armenian National Movement Board, member of ANC Aram Manukyan at the rally on Tuesday.

“Not a single county ever saw so many people gather for a rally in circumstances of C 40 degrees of heat and roads blocked by ‘negotiating’ authorities. I am confident that the dialogue is a bluff. I am now looking forward to September,” he said.

Manukyan added that for three years Armenian opposition have endured cold, heat, harassment and disgrace.

“Our task is to take power in the country in our hands now,” he stressed.

Manukyan noted that 400 thousand people left Armenia ever since March 1, 2008. According to Manukyan, if Armenian people do not solve the problems, the state will collapse.

‘‘If ANC does not solve it, we will collapse together with Armenia. We have to succeed in September,’’ he concluded.
