Former U.S. President Barack Obama has won a television Emmy Award for Outstanding Narrato, the website of the film academy reported.
Specifically, Obama was recognized as the winner in this category for his work in the film about national parks, "Our Great National Parks."
"Our Great National Parks" is a series produced by Netflix. It features national parks in the United States, Kenya, Chile and other countries.
Barack and Michelle Obama's Higher Ground Productions is co-producing the series.
