YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan instructed to institute criminal proceedings on Harsnakar case, spokesperson for the Prosecutor Sona Truzyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am on Wednesday.

According to media, police has not instigated the criminal proceedings yet. Prosecutor General said he learnt about the incident from media. Therefore, Prosecutor General should first check information and then initiate the proceedings.

The incident occurred on August 15 in Harsnakar restaurant during a wedding party. Scuffle broke out between one of the guests and the employee of the restaurant. Norayr Atoyan, 33 and Varsand Mkrtchyan, 25 were injured in a skirmish.
