Canadian police have found and detained a gunman who killed 10 people in the province of Saskatchewan, the channel CTV reports.

The perpetrator, Miles Sanderson, was found in a stolen pickup truck on the side of a road in the community of Rosthern.

The fatal massacre took place Sept. 4 in the James-Smith Cree Nation settlement and Weldon town of Saskatchewan. Police believe brothers Damien and Miles Sanderson were responsible for the killing. They were charged in absentia.

As a result of the massacre 18 people were injured, some of them are in critical condition.
