The coffin with the body of Queen Elizabeth II arrived at the Cathedral of Saint Egidio, in Edinburgh, where the princes will hold their traditional funeral vigil, the DailyMail reported.
King Charles III, Queen Consort Camilla, Princess Anne and Princes Edward and Andrew arrived at Saint Egidio Cathedral in Edinburgh. The coffin containing the body of Elizabeth II was brought into the cathedral, where a memorial service called the princes' vigil will take place.
Her Majesty's crown was placed on the coffin, which was covered with the Royal Standard of Scotland and adorned with a wreath of flowers. It is the oldest of the British royal regalia, made in 1540 for King James V.
The coffin with the body of Elizabeth II will remain in Edinburgh Cathedral for 24 hours, so that everyone could say goodbye to the Queen, after which it will be taken by plane to London.
