YEREVAN. - Armenian Ministry of Education and Science issued its second reply to the second statement of the office of Armenian Ombudsman on Friday.

‘‘We could not hide our concern when reading the second statement of the Ombudsman, hence our worst expectations come true. The situation in Ombudsman’s office is much graver than we previously assumed. Saying Ombudsman’s office, we did not imply mathematics, geometry or algebra taught in our school in compliance with general educational standards. We actually mean a mature, knowledgeable and professional agency, which determines the degree of security each Armenian citizen feels in his own country,’’ scorned Ministry officials.

‘‘Refraining from the non-appropriate level of debate, we would like to once again highlight the concerns expressed in our first statement. The Ministry of Education and Science will also refrain from any means of damaging the image of Ombudsman’s office, since it needs generous support and attention for further establishment and progress. We retaliate our readiness to provide professional services,’’ reads the statement of Armenian Ministry of Education and Science.
