YEREVAN. - Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan met with German Parliamentary State Secretary to the Minister of Defense Christian Schmidt on Wednesday.
The sides discussed issues of Armenian-German cooperation in the military sphere. Christian Schmidt thanked Armenian MOD for exemplary service of Armenian peacekeepers in Afghanistan. At the end of the meeting the sides signed agreement on training of Armenian soldiers and MOD officials in the institutes of German Armed Forces.
