Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been invited to the coronation of King Charles III this spring, the Express reported.

The British media notes that a detailed plan is being drawn up to ensure that the couple will not in any way cast a shadow over the proceedings following Harry's accusations and criticisms of the royal family in his memoir Spare, a Whitehall source said.

They are on the list, and planning is well underway to make sure the proceedings go as smoothly as possible - without any drama, the source told the publication.

Officials especially want to reduce the likelihood of Harry and Prince William appearing together in public, so they are arranging seating at Westminster Abbey so that the brothers will not be photographed together.

According to the insider, invitations to the Westminster Abbey service will be sent out in the next few weeks after the final guest list is approved.

They also confirmed that Harry and Meghan are currently on the list of 2,000 people, along with members of the royal family, both domestic and foreign, dignitaries and world leaders.

The Palace is currently working closely with the government and the Foreign Office to finalize the guest list.

Royal commentator Afua Hagan is adamant that Harry will make every effort to appear, as he is determined with all his heart to reconcile with his family.

According to insiders, Harry and Meghan's presence at the coronation will be carefully considered, with organizers using the queen's platinum anniversary plans as a plan to avoid awkward encounters such as a public reunion with William and Kate of Wales.
