The price of copper fluctuates weakly on Tuesday, showing no pronounced dynamics, follows from the trading data. At the same time the dollar exchange rate is decreasing before the statistics on inflation in the USA.
March futures on copper on the Comex exchange rose by 0.04% to $4.0623 a pound (about 0.45 kilograms). Minutes earlier, the futures had fallen just as symbolically.
At Monday's trading on the London Metal Exchange (LME), a ton of copper with delivery in three months rose by 0.91% to $8,938, aluminum declined by 1.15% to $2,412.5 and zinc went up by 1.81% to $3,097.5.
