The Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) was "an investment in the work of Russian imperialism. It is part of the Soviet soft power, and the graduates of this university "were supposed to serve this empire," Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau said in an interview with Gazeta Polska.

According to him, diplomats who graduated from MGIMO have not been working at the Polish Foreign Ministry for two months.
