YEREVAN. -  State budget allocated AMD 214 million for the organization of 20th anniversary of Armenian independence events. The rest of the expenses covered partners and sponsors, PR manager responsible for 20th anniversary of independence events Arevik Badalyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Regarding reports that organizers gifted T-shirts produced in Turkey on the occasion of the anniversary, Badalyan said that she checked all the T-shirts, which she could find and no T-shirt contained “Made in Turkey” label.

Many events are being held devoted to Armenia’s 20th and Yerevan’s 2793 anniversaries.
