GENEVA. - Swiss Cassation Court upheld the decision of Geneva court for the murder of the Armenian jeweler on Florissane street of Geneva in 2007, reports Tribune de Genève.

The Court of Appeal upheld the decision for the luck of evidence that the suspected son-in-law ordered the murder of his stepfather. The Court left unchanged the decision of six years imprisonment of the man who made the shot. 

The jeweler was accused of an attempt to kill his daughter in 2004, during an argument related to money matters. He was on his way to the courthouse to attend the third day of the hearing when he got the shot. The jeweler survived the assassination attempt but died last April at the age of 76.
