Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan today discussed the situation resulting from the complete blockade of Artsakh and further steps with a number of government officials, the state minister wrote on Facebook.

“As a result of the discussion, the following decisions were made:

1. Over the next week, sugar and butter sale points for families with children under 18 will be set up and sold in the city of Stepanakert and regional centers, and they will be transferred to rural communities through local governments.
2. Starting next week, restrictions will be introduced on the activities of catering facilities.

3. Measures will be taken to unload public transport, employees of the state system will be given the opportunity to work remotely from home.

It should be reminded that the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh has already provided various types of food products as support to some social groups,” the State Minister noted.
