YEREVAN. – BM-27 Uragan (Hurricane) multiple launch rocket systems were not distributed in the parade in Yerevan according to the logic of ‘uncertainty of the strategy.’

Commenting the Moldavian press publication on Armenia’s Hurricane systems, deputy head of the Caucasus Institute Aleksander Minasyan said that the tendency is fully accordance with the anticipation policy of the Armenian authorities for the recent years.

As for why the systems have not been shown during the pageant, the expert stated that there is a so-called conception of ‘uncertainty of the strategy.’

Meanwhile, Minasyan said that the systems have quite a significant meaning for the Armenian side, as, in case of resuming military actions, it is of great importance for Armenia.
