Anna Mangasaryan, a woman from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), posted a photo of two breads and made a respective note on Facebook.

"After not having bread for a week, we bought [it]. [Made] from corn flour, but very tasty. We are not complaining, the important [thing] is [that] it’s not [made] from the flour of Akna [(Aghdam)]," she wrote.

Since December 12, 2022, Azerbaijan has closed off the motorway between Armenia and Artsakh. And starting from today, bread in Artsakh capital Stepanakert will be sold with coupons. Half a loaf of bread (approximately 200 grams) will be sold per person.

The people of Artsakh have blocked the Askeran-Akna motorway and do not accept the flour sent from Azerbaijan as "humanitarian aid."
