I emphasize Armenia's loyalty to the agreements reached on December 14, 2021 in Brussels, on October 6, 2022 in Prague and in May 2023 in Brussels, as well as to the tripartite statement signed by the President of Russia, the President of Azerbaijan, and the Prime Minister of Armenia on November 9, 2020. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.

"In order to address the rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue within the framework of the international mechanism and the unblocking of the Lachin corridor, according to the decisions of the International Court of Justice of February 22 and July 6, 2023, are essential. On the basis of all this, Armenia is ready and wants to sign a treaty of peace and normalization of relations with Azerbaijan," he said.

Pashinyan stressed that the Armenian side expresses its loyalty to the peace agenda.
