YEREVAN. – Total of 20 servicemen died and 36 were injured both from Armenian and Azerbaijani sides during the last year as a result of ceasefire violation regime, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Special Representative Anjey Kasprshik stated in his speech on “The role of OSCE in conflict settlements: Nagorno-Karabakh,” SalamNews reports.

He said that Karabakh conflict is not a frozen but an unsettled one. Thus, the issue should find its solution in the near future.

Kasprshik also spoke on the monitoring run on the contact line. As a result of the lack of employees and their limited liabilities, OSCE Special Representative on Karabakh conflict cannot inform the society in time, he added.
