YEREVAN. – As World Weightlifting Champion and Vice-Champion were disqualified, former Armenian, current Russian athlete Armen Ghazaryan won the silver medal of the world championship, while Turkish representative won the gold.

World Weightlifting International Federation published the list of disqualified athletes.

The Federation published the list of the athletes as they used doping. Two Armenian representatives also appeared among the ten disqualified athletes of this year. The results will be in power till 2015.
