Ai-Da, the world’s first ultra-realistic robot artist, is poised to make art history as her latest work, a portrait of computing pioneer Alan Turing, goes under the hammer at Sotheby’s London next month, reports Interesting Engineering.

This moment marks the first time a humanoid robot’s artwork will be sold at a major auction house.

The portrait, titled AI God, is a striking 7.2-foot-high painting of Turing, widely regarded as a foundational figure in the development of modern computing.

Its estimated value ranges from £100,000 to £150,000 ($130,000 to $196,000),
