This year, our expectation is that the economic growth will be 6 percent, or a little less. Martin Galstyan, Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), told this to a press conference Tuesday at the CBA.

"For 2025, we expect that the economic growth [of Armenia] will be a number close to the potential growth of our country: within the framework of 5 percent—depending on the scenario. In the case of inflation scenario, it will be higher, in the other scenario, will be lower; that is, we will have a solid growth in 2025," added Galstyan

He said that during this year, Armenia's banking system has worked with quite a lot of profit.

"The banking system [of Armenia] is in a good condition in terms of liquidity as well," added the CBA governor.
